Cruz out of Mariners' starting lineup because of back spasms (Yahoo Sports)

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Seattle Mariners slugger Nelson Cruz, who leads the American League with 18 homers, is out of the starting lineup against the Cleveland Indians because of back spasms.
