The Browns have acquired three-time Pro Bowl punter Andy Lee in a trade with the San Francisco 49ers. The Browns also waived punter Spencer Lanning, who signed with the club as a free agent in 2013. Cleveland sent a late-round 2017 draft pick to the Niners for Lee, who made the Pro Bowl in the 2007, 2009 and 2011 seasons.
